CAIRO – The dollar exchange rate increased during Sunday’s transactions, surpassing 51 pounds for the first time.
It recorded EGP 51.18 for buying and EGP 50.28 for selling at the Commercial International Bank (CIB).
The Dollar recorded EGP 51.16 for buying and EGP 51.26 for selling at the National Bank of Egypt (NBE) while it hit EGP 51.22 for buying and EGP 51,32 for selling at Banque Misr.
The euro price hit EGP 55.35 for buying and EGP 57.19 for selling at Egypt’s major banks.
The pound sterling registered EGP 65.75 for buying and EGP 67.22 for selling.
The Saudi riyal price stood at EGP 13.59 for buying and EGP 13.66 for selling.
