CAIRO – Head of the Arab Organization for Industrialization (AOI) Abdel Monem Al-Terras has stressed that the organization adheres by President Abdel Fattah El Sisi’s directives to achieve integration among universities, scientific research centers and national industrial institutions.
Terras’s remarks came on Saturday during the signing of a protocol of cooperation between the AOI and Galala University (GU), noting that such integration aims to realize the goals of the national plans to strengthen local industrialization and modern technology under the mechanisms of the Fourth Industrial Revolution and support digitization.
He lauded the integrated educational systems of the university and its good vision on different domains of engineering, science and researches.
The AOI is also keen to cooperate with the GU to increase training and support research projects and applicable industrial innovations.
Both sides agreed on having mutual coordination on scientific research and meeting the university’s needs of automation and digitization, among others, Terras added.
