DAMIETTA, Egypt – As many as 43 container ships and cargo vessels were handled at the Damietta Port in the past 24 hours.
In a statement released recently, the Damietta Port Authority’s media center said the total trade volume of exported goods from the port reached 9,313 tons.
Meanwhile, the total trade volume of imported goods into the port recorded 53,397 tons, according to the statement.
Wheat reserves at public sector warehouses registered 138,071 tons, while wheat reserves at private sector warehouses registered 266,108 tons.
