Egyptian President Abdel Fattah El Sisi affirmed on Monday the depth and strength of relations between Egypt and Saudi Arabia and looked forward to developing and strengthening them in all fields in a way that achieves the common interests of the two countries and the great aspirations of the two peoples.
The President’s remarks came as he paid a visit on Monday to Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, where he met Crown Prince and Prime Minister Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, Presidency Spokesman Ahmed Fahmi said.
During their meeting, the two leaders praised the close and distinguished historical relations that bind the two brotherly countries at all levels, noting the importance of the visit in continuing to develop these ties.
They also stressed mutual keenness to enhance joint co-operation in all fields for the benefit of both countries and the two brotherly peoples in addition to continuing coordination and consultation regarding regional and international developments and issues.
