Egypt’s Housing Minister Asem Gazzar reviewed the facilities offered by the New Urban Communities Authority board with regard to service, investment and urban lands in new cities.
The authority’s board decided to offer these facilities during its meeting on Monday, the minister said.
He also reviewed the cabinet’s new payment facilities of purchased lands under “Beit Watan” project for Egyptian expats in its 8th complementary stage.
He said the facilities are offered to encourage serious investors, lure more investments into new cities and secure thousands of jobs.
