BANHA, Egypt- Youth and Sports Minister Ashraf Sobhi along with Qalyubia Governor Abdel Hamid el Hagan inaugurated skills center for speech and learning difficulties at a youth center in Banha.

The center, which is primarily directed to the “differently-abled” people, was established in cooperation with the Zayed Higher Organization for People of Determination (ZHO), as per a cooperation protocol to establish nearly 68 centers nationwide.

The center aims to provide free of charge speech sessions and learning difficulties.

The minister, meanwhile, toured a number of establishments at the youth center, including the administrative building, the library, the gym, and the football playgrounds.

Sobhi further followed up on a number of national projects, which are being implemented by the ministry.
