WASHINGTON – Egyptian President Abdel Fattah El Sisi on Friday had a meeting with his US counterpart Joe Biden on the sidelines of the US-Africa Leaders Summit in Washington.
Presidents Sisi and Biden shook hands warmly and exchanged friendly talks.
