WASHINGTON – As many as 607,456,078 people have been reported to be infected by the novel coronavirus globally, Johns Hopkins University (JHU) reported on Friday.
It added that about 6,510,643 have died from the virus worldwide.
The US continues to be the worst-hit country in terms of fatalities, followed by Brazil and India.
