Hurghada: Top tourist attraction for foreigners

Despite global events and the suffering of various countries of the world due to these events from a severe decline in tourism, Egypt is still seen as attractive to tourism investment as a result of the tourist boom witnessed by the tourist cities in Egypt.

One of the world’s largest tourist hotel chains, Xanadu, has opened a branch in Macadi Bay in Hurghada.

In fact, despite my reservations about spending my vacation in any new hotel, especially if its name is unknown in Egypt, I was surprised by the high level of this hotel and the excellent service and great potential of this hotel, which is based on caring for the customer and providing all his needs.

We often find in any hotel specific nationalities of guests, but when you wander inside Xanadu, you feel as if you are moving between different countries of the world where you meet various nationalities inside it because of the possibilities and requirements that it provides to match the tastes of different nationalities.

What caught my eye during my vacation in Xanadu Macadi Bay was the very distinguished level of service from the Egyptian workers and their constant endeavor to provide all the needs of the guests.

It also drew my attention to the application of the policy of fair all-inclusive accommodation in the true sense of the word while providing all the needs of the guests without any additional costs compared to many other hotels that you find yourself required at the end of your stay to pay a very large bill other than the price of the all inclusive you paid, under the slogan of additional requests.

Frankly, I sought a touch of comfort during my stay to meet the assistant general resident, Mr. Murat Aydemir, who emphasized that the administration prefers the comfort of the customer and meeting all his desires and needs over making quick profit.

It also focuses on the good selection of workers, training them well as well as providing the best standard of living and their needs, which is reflected in their performance in guest service.

He pointed out that after the success of the experiment in Hurghada, the administration plans to expand investment in Egypt, where it found a fertile field for tourism investment.
