CAIRO – Egyptian Higher Education and Scientific Research Minister Ayman Ashour decided to extend electronic application of Thanaweya Amma students to government universities and institutes for an additional day until Tuesday.
Applications for the first phase of tansik must be submitted before Tuesday night (7pm Cairo local time) via website www.tansik.egypt.gove.eg for the academic year 2022/2023.
GPA for admission to universities for Thanaweya Amma (high school) students for the first stage is 89.02 per cent for the science branch, 83.17 per cent for math, and 64.5 per cent for the literary branch.
The minister added that there is an option to amend the students’ selection list for joining various faculties in the first phase until Tuesday.
