Mercon Developments, a Pioneering Real Estate Developer, is participating in the Next Move exhibition, convened between May 27 to 29 at the Cairo International Convention Centre in Nasr City, with exclusive offers and competitive facilities for its clients on the units of the second phase of its administrative and commercial project, New Strip Mall Gravity 7, located in the heart of New Cairo, North 9th Street, Fifth Settlement, Next to Al-Marasem Hospital.

Hazem Dawood, Head of the Commercial Sector of the company, indicated that this is first company’s participation in one of the specialised real estate exhibitions since the company launch in the Egyptian market during past March.

He also highlighted the company’s keenness to be present in such exhibitions to provide the opportunity for the customer to obtain unique units in one of the most important administrative and commercial projects in the Fifth Settlement with the best competitive prices and payment facilities that suit all customer strata.

“The offer followed the high turnout that the first phase has witnessed, as it was completely sold within only one week of launch during the month of April,” Dawood said, explaining that the company began implementing contracting work on the site before offering the project to customers.

Located in the heart of the Fifth Settlement, the Gravity 7 project has a sales area of about 22,000 square metres with a front facade of 250 metres next to the headquarters of the New Cairo Authority overlooking the northern 90th Street and Al-Marasem Hospital, which is the largest hospital in New Cairo.

The company has a large portfolio of lands in a number of different and vital areas, on which the company plans to establish various real estate projects during the coming period.  It has been launched several weeks ago through a strong alliance between two investment tycoons working in the real estate sector with investments amounting to LE5 billion during 2021.
