CAIRO – Egyptian President Abdel Fattah El Sisi issued a presidential decree approving a grant agreement between Egypt and Sweden on urban transport and express buses.
The deal was signed between the Ministry of International Co-operation and the Swedish International Development Co-operation Agency.
The decree was published in the Gazette out Thursday.
