CAIRO – Egypt’s Ambassador to Qatar Amr el-Sherbini met Wednesday with Qatari Transport Minister Jassim Saif Al-Sulaiti.
During the meeting, the two sides tackled ways of boosting bilateral ties in the transportation sector, especially in the environment-friendly transportation, within the framework of Egypt’s hosting of COP27 conference.
The ambassador, meanwhile, handed over a message from Transport Minister Kamel el-Wazir to his Qatari counterpart, the Foreign Ministry said on its Facebook page on Wednesday.
The message dealt with activating co-operation between the two countries in the transportation field, in light of Wazir’s visit to Doha on April 16, added the Foreign Ministry.
