CAIRO – Egyptian Head of the General Authority for Healthcare (GAH) Ahmed el-Sobki has received a high-level international delegation of representatives of the UNICEF, the International Labour Organisation (ILO) and the European Union.
They had a meeting on Thursday at GAH’s headquarters to review the authority’s efforts on comprehensive health coverage and operation of health facilities professionally.
They also discussed means to cement joint co-operation to support the comprehensive health insurance system and the presidential “Decent Life” initiative, among others, to realise the goals of sustainable development in the healthcare sector under the Egypt Vision 2030.
The delegation members lauded the authority’s great efforts to develop the healthcare sector in Egypt.
