CAIRO – About 23,000 nationals and tourists have visited Alexandria’s Qaitbay Citadel during Eidul Fitr holiday, chief of the Islamic and Coptic antiquities department in Alexandria Mohamed Metwali said.
Abdel Latif hailed attention paid by the Ministry of Tourism and Antiquities and the Alexandria Governorate to prepare for the almost week-long holiday.
