CAIRO – The Egypt’s Cabinet media center denied some reports circulated alleging that the Egyptian agricultural quarantine administration has imposed mandatory fees on Egypt’s frozen strawberry exports in violation of the law.
In a statement released on Friday, the center said it has contacted the Ministry of Agriculture and Land Reclamation which dismissed such reports.
In this regard, the center urged media outlets and social media users to verify the authenticity of any news and to contact the authorities concerned prior to publishing baseless information.
