CAIRO – Egypt’s Foreign Minister Sameh Shoukry attended a six-way meeting with his counterparts from the US, the UAE, Morocco, Bahrain and Israel, said Foreign Ministry spokesman Ahmed Hafez in a tweet Monday.
The meeting was called for by Israeli Foreign Minister Yair Lapid.
Shoukry arrived in Israel Sunday night and met with the Israeli top diplomat.
