WASHINGTON – The overall global Covid-19 caseload topped 453 million and the deaths surged to more than six million cases, according to Johns Hopkins University (JHU).
In its latest update, JHU revealed on Friday that the current global caseload and death toll reached 453,465,071 and 6,029,828 respectively.
The US continues to be the worst-hit country recording the world’s highest number of cases that reached more than 79.4 million, according to JHU statistics.
