CAIRO – The 157th ordinary session of the Arab League Council convened on Monday at the permanent delegates level under Lebanon to prepare for the council’s meeting at the foreign ministerial level on Wednesday.
The permanent delegates are scheduled to tackle various issues of joint Arab action at the political, economic, social, security, administrative and financial levels.
The talks will also tackle preparations for the upcoming Arab summit in Algiers, the Palestinian-Israeli conflict, Arab water security, and the human rights file.
The talks will also address the conditions in Syria, Libya and Yemen.
