The National Telecom Regulatory Authority (NTRA) issued instructions regarding the working hours of mobile operators’ outlets and audience-servicing over the Holy Month of Ramadan, to be as follow:
Before Iftar, the work at the mobile operators’ outlets will be from 10:00 A.M. to 4.30 P.M. all over the week, except for Fridays the work will be from 1:30 P.M. to 4:30 P.M.
It also stipulated that the work after Iftar will be from 8:00 P.M. to 11:00 P.M all over the week.
