The two sides discussed potential partnerships in manufacturing and pharmaceutical investment.

The meeting covered regulatory procedures for entering the Egyptian market. These included the registration and marketing of pharmaceutical products, as well as relevant technical requirements.
Both sides agreed on the importance of turning proposed areas of cooperation into practical steps.
The meeting is part of the EDA’s efforts to attract international investment and expand cooperation with global pharmaceutical companies. It also supports Egypt’s efforts to strengthen local manufacturing, transfer technology and enhance the competitiveness of its pharmaceutical industry.
