The Minister of Youth and Sports, Gohar Nabil, congratulated the Egyptian Modern Pentathlon Federation following the national team’s impressive performance at the U15 World Championships in Madrid.
He also extended his appreciation to the technical, medical, and administrative teams for their hard work and dedication.
Egypt captured the team event gold medal, finishing at the top of the global rankings with a total of 3,721 points.
The winning trio of Eyad Osman, Ahmed Abdel Rahman, and Mark Labib delivered strong performances to secure the title, adding another major achievement to the nation’s international sports record.
In the individual competitions, Eyad Osman earned the bronze medal with 1,238 points. His teammates also delivered strong results near the top of the leaderboard, with Ahmed Abdel Rahman taking fourth place, Mark Labib finishing fifth, and Iyad Al-Sabakhi placing sixth.
