The Private Insurance Fund for employees of Cairo Airport Company (CAC) held its Extraordinary General Assembly, chaired by Magdy Ishak, Chairman of the Fund’s Board of Directors, and Sherine Abdullah, Financial Director, with the participation of a number of Cairo Airport Company officials, the Fund’s auditor, and several members and subscribers.
The meeting reviewed the agenda items, and the General Assembly approved the new actuarial study, which includes an increase in the insurance benefit paid to Fund members upon reaching retirement age. The move aims to enhance the insurance benefits provided to employees and provide them with greater financial stability and insurance protection.
The General Assembly also approved the members’ monthly contributions, as well as an amendment to Article 35 of the bylaws of the Private Insurance Fund for employees of Cairo Airport Company, as part of efforts to develop the Fund’s operations in line with the applicable rules and regulations.
The General Assembly meeting was held as part of the Fund’s efforts to promote transparency and governance and develop the insurance benefits provided to employees, while protecting members’ rights and strengthening the Fund’s sustainability and ability to meet its future obligations.
