In a move highlighting the company’s commitment to rapid delivery and construction excellence, Engineer Amr Soliman, Founder and Executive Chairman of Mountain View, has conducted a comprehensive field inspection of the developer’s flagship projects in New Cairo.
The high-level tour included MV 1.1 in the Fifth Settlement, Mountain View iCity, and Aliva in Mostakbal City. Eng. Soliman was accompanied by Co-CEO Eng. Wael Lotfy and the executive leadership of the various contracting firms responsible for the works. The visit served to monitor final construction phases, verify quality standards, and ensure that all developments remain strictly aligned with their established handover timelines.
A primary focus of the inspection was MV 1.1, which has reached the handover phase in less than four years since its launch. The project’s completion in record time is attributed to meticulous planning and execution efficiency. Notably, the development was delivered as a single, unified phase rather than in fragmented stages, a strategy intended to ensure the community is fully operational and “lived-in” from day one.
Spanning 127 feddans, MV 1.1 comprises more than 900 residential units, including villas, iVillas, and hotel-style apartments. As a luxury extension of the acclaimed MV 1, the project integrates the company’s “Signature Living” concept with a strategic location and a full suite of commercial and entertainment amenities.
“We firmly believe that execution efficiency is one of the fundamental pillars that drives our pace of delivery beyond what our clients expect,” stated Eng. Soliman during the tour. “Both MV 1.1 and iCity stand as clear testaments to our ability to transform vision into tangible reality, developing fully integrated urban communities that deliver an exceptional quality of life.”
The delegation also inspected Mountain View iCity, a 500-feddan flagship development designed around six distinct signature parks: Mountain Park, Lagoon Park, Club Park, MV3, MV Park, and the Heartwork business hub.
The iCity infrastructure is built across four integrated levels, featuring “smart streets,” a dedicated corniche for pedestrians and cyclists, and the MV Club social hub. The project also employs a state-of-the-art smart ecosystem, including advanced energy-efficiency solutions and a comprehensive fiber-optic network.
Eng. Wael Ezz, Co-CEO of Mountain View, noted that the progress at iCity and the commencement of deliveries at MV 1.1 reinforce client confidence. “Both projects are a testament to the diversity of our product offering and our ability to deliver innovative residential solutions that respond to the demands of the modern market,” he said.
Among these innovations is the “iVilla” concept—a pioneering typology that offers the space and privacy of a standalone villa at a more accessible price point.
The rapid construction pace across these sites has been supported by Mountain View’s integrated operational framework. By leveraging its specialized internal entities, DMA and DMC, the company maintains control over every stage of development, from initial design through to long-term operations management.
Eng. Wael Lotfy emphasized that the company’s focus remains on striking a balance between speed and quality. “We have succeeded in achieving remarkable construction progress within a short timeframe, driven by a fully integrated execution system and seamless coordination across our teams,” he commented.
These field visits reflect Mountain View’s hands-on approach to oversight, ensuring that its developments meet rigorous standards for design innovation and long-term sustainability. As the company prepares for the next phase of handovers, the successful completion of MV 1.1 further solidifies its position as a leader in Egypt’s competitive real estate landscape.
