President Sisi receives German FM

Foreign Minister Sameh Shoukry attended the meeting alongside German Ambassador in Cairo Frank Hartmann, Presidential Spokesman Bassam Radi said.

Baerbock underlined her country’s appreciation of the ethical and humanitarian role played by Egypt through hosting millions o refugees.

She also referred to the great success of Egypt under the leadership of President Abdel Fattah El Sisi in entrenching the principles of religious tolerance and accepting the other, adding that Egypt has become an epitome at regional and international levels.
