Prime Minister Mostafa Madbouli on Monday reviewed the response of the Unified Government Complaints System to several cases in various sectors across the country.

The premier emphasized the importance of prompt response to citizens’ complaints and urgent pleas in critical sectors, including healthcare, public safety, and care for vulnerable groups.

He stressed the importance of serious engagement with these cases and ensuring coordination with relevant authorities to deliver effective responses.

Madbouli made the remarks while reviewing of a report submitted by Tarek el Rifai, the Director of the Unified Government Complaints System, detailing models of responses handled by the system in collaboration with ministries, governorates as well as relevant bodies in various sectors.

The complaint system is committed to rapid response, particularly in humanitarian cases, Rifai said. He presented several examples of effective responses in sectors including public safety and property protection, healthcare, care for vulnerable individuals, maintenance of public utilities, market regulation, and commodity provision.
