Prime Minister Mostafa Madbouli on Monday reviewed the response of the Unified Government Complaints System to several cases in various sectors across the country.
The premier emphasized the importance of prompt response to citizens’ complaints and urgent pleas in critical sectors, including healthcare, public safety, and care for vulnerable groups.
He stressed the importance of serious engagement with these cases and ensuring coordination with relevant authorities to deliver effective responses.
