CAIRO – Egyptian Prime Minister Mostafa Madbouli left for Seville, Spain, on Sunday to take part in the 4th United Nations Financing for Development Conference on behalf of President Abdel Fattah El Sisi.

Madbouli is accompanied by Minister of Planning, Economic Development and International Cooperation Rania el Mashat, and Minister of Finance Ahmed Kouchouk.

Madbouli will take part in the conference’s opening session on Monday in the presence of several heads of state and government, including the Spanish prime minister and the UN secretary general, as well as leaders of international institutions and organizations.

The prime minister will also participate in a ceremony marking the launch of the “Seville Platform for Action,” where he will deliver a word.

Madbouli will read out Egypt’s word during the general sessions of the UN conference.

The visit will include several high-level meetings with heads of government, ministers from participating countries, and senior officials from regional and international organizations.
