Prime Minister Mostafa Madbouli conducted an inspection tour on Saturday of the Marina 8 project in New Alamein, a major coastal development that forms part of Egypt’s broader urban expansion strategy.
Spanning a total area of 179 feddans, the Marina 8 project is divided into 104 feddans allocated for villas and chalets, and 75 feddans designated for residential and service zones. The site encompasses 243 buildings comprising 917 housing units, supported by comprehensive infrastructure including road networks, utility systems, and landscaped areas.
During the visit, Prime Minister Madbouli reviewed completed model units and observed ongoing construction activities across the project. These included exterior finishing works, development of internal roadways, and the implementation of green spaces aimed at enhancing the community’s livability.
The Prime Minister was also briefed on several key facilities currently under development. These include a VIP hall, a theater, cafeteria, administrative offices, and staff accommodations—elements designed to support both residents and the overall functionality of the area.
The Marina 8 project is part of the government’s ongoing efforts to develop New Alamein into a modern, fully integrated city on Egypt’s North Coast, combining residential, touristic, and administrative functions.
