CAIRO – Almost 73 percent of users of government e-services have expressed satisfaction with the process, while 19 percent showed partial satisfaction with the services and only two percent expressed dissatisfied, according to a poll carried out by the Cabinet’s Information and Decision Support Center (IDSC).

Six percent of the sample, which was applied on citizens aged 18 and above nationwide to get their feedback on government e-services, was neutral, the poll showed.

While answering a question about their opinion in automation of government services, 69.7percent of the sample expressed approval of making government services available online, while 10.6 percent opposed the online services and 19.7 percent were neutral.

Meanwhile, 30 percent of the sample said that they have knowledge about the e-platform Digital Egypt, while 18 percent of them said that they have used the platform for acquiring some services, most notably the ration card services, according to the IDSC poll.
