GAZA CITY – A number of Palestinian civilians were Monday dawn killed and injured when Israeli bombing operations targeted various areas in the centre and south of the Gaza Strip, as the Israeli aggression against Palestinians enters its 199th day.

WAFA correspondents said that an Israeli artillery shelling targeted the east of Al-Maghazi camp in the central Gaza Strip, as an Israeli raid targeted the southeastern area of Khan Yunis in the south of the Strip.

A number of citizens were killed and others were injured in an Israeli raid that targeted Al-Taqwa Mosque in Bureij Camp in the central Gaza Strip, while an Israeli raid targeted the north of Nuseirat Camp in the central Gaza Strip, and another targeted the entrance to the Bureij Camp in the central Gaza Strip.

Additionally, a number of civilians were injured as a result of an Israeli bombing that targeted the vicinity of Al-Sawarha cemetery in Nuseirat camp, and as a result of targeting a house in Al-Brook area in Deir Al-Balah in the central Gaza Strip.

The Israeli bombing also targeted Al-Zaytoun neighborhood, south of Gaza City, and Al-Mawasi area, west of the city of Khan Yunis, south of the Gaza Strip.

Local sources said that Israeli aircraft launched two raids tonight on the southern areas of Gaza City and on Al-Tuffah neighborhood.

Health sources in the Gaza Strip reported that the number of martyrs in Israeli raids on two homes in Rafah had risen to 26, including 16 children and 6 women.

A number of citizens were killed and others were injured, most of them children, as a result of an occupation raid that targeted a house west of Nuseirat camp in the central Gaza Strip.

Local sources reported that occupation warplanes bombed a house for Al-Nuwairi family in Nuseirat camp, leading to the killing of seven citizens.

Local health authorities confirmed that the Palestinian death toll from the Israeli onslaught since October 7 has risen to 34,097 reported fatalities, with an additional 76,980 individuals sustaining injuries. The majority of the victims are women and children.
