Parsley Developments, one of the leading real estate development companies specialised in private investment in commercial, administrative and medical buildings, opened the reservation at its “The Place” project in the Fifth Settlement, New Cairo, which is exclusively marketed by PRE for Marketing and Real Estate Investment.
Abdel Moneim Tawfiq, Executive Director of the Founder Company for Project Management, which is in charge of managing the project, said that the ‘The Place’ is occupying unique place on the main axis of Dr Ahmed Okasha.
Head quartered close to the most important commercial axis (i.e. Mohamed Naguib Axis, North Teseen Street, South Teseen Street and Ring Road), the project is featured with being in the centre of the largest residential complexes in the first and fifth settlements and close to (al-Rehab, Swan Lake, and Waterway).

He added that “spaces between 35 to 81 metres, the units prices starts from LE31,500 per square metre, in which 25 per cent of the unit value be paid as a down payment in cash, and the rest is paid through installments over four years.
He pointed out that the project is planned to start implementation this month and be delivered by March 2022, stressing the company’s endeavour to implement the project before the pre-set time schedule and as per the world standards.
He also forecast to for the project to hit a new record marketing time thanks to the excellence of its location and the uniqueness of the its units, unveiling that the project is a start of a chain bearing the same brand, as 6 sites are being prepared to be implemented until 2023.
