CAIRO – Egyptian Defense Minister Mohamed Zaki attended on Tuesday the main phase of the tactical Fatah-4 drills conducted by the Northern Military Region.
The military exercises are carried out at the Mohamed Naguib Military Base in Mersa Matrouh.
Zaki conveyed the greetings of President Abdel Fattah El Sisi to the participating forces and thanked them for their efforts to protect the homeland.
Egypt is able to confront all challenges threatening its national security on all strategic fronts, he said.
