All Egypt’s Mufti Dr Shawki Allam hailed on Sunday President Abdel Fattah El Sisi’s interest in taking care of the people with determination and granting them their full rights.
In a statement, Allam said the president ratified the rights of all persons with special needs in line with the Egyptian constitution and law 19 of 2018 and its statute.
He said the Egyptian state amended some laws to support the rights of people with disabilities, pointing out that the Islamic Sharia approved an integrated approach for taking care of all society’s categories including the disabled persons to provide a decent life for them.
