Time Hotels emphasised the importance of its co-operation with Nakheel Developments in its “Double Two Tower” project in the New Administrative Capital, a co-operation that enhances its presence in Egyptian real estate market and the New Capital in particular.
The CEO and Managing Director of Time Hotels, Mohamed Awadalla, said that the “Double Two Tower “project is the company’s third project in Egyptian market, and the first in the New Capital, stated, “The presence in the New Capital project was one of the strategic goals of Time Hotels”.
Awadalla pointed out that the New Capital is a national project that comes within the strategic plan of any company operating in real estate market or has a plan to be present in Egypt.
He elaborated that choosing of Nakheel Developments to co-operate in developing its project comes within the Time’s plan to co-operation with successful entities and distinguished projects.
He also pointed out Time Hotels provides its customer special, non-recurring benefits in the New Capital, explained that Time Hotels has won many awards, most notably Time Awards, The World Luxury Awards 2019, and Hotelier Middle East Power 50 – 2020, and Traveler Review Awards – Booking.com 2021.
Sherif el-Domyati, head of Commercial sector at Nakheel Developments, said that his company is focusing on attracting distinguished brands in Double Two Tower in order to take advantage of its location and design. The tower is consist of Administrative, Commercial units as well as branded Hotel apartments.
