The decisions included disbursing material compensation, which will be granted as Lum sum. These appointments will be made in coordination with the Ministry of Social Solidarity, without the need to amend the prime minister’s decision No. 2804 of 2017 regarding employment rules stipulated in the second and third paragraphs of Article 14 of the Civil Service Law.
The decisions also stipulate for the activation of the initiative of the Ministry of Youth and Sports “Your Bike – Your Health”, to allocate one bicycle for the family of the martyr, victim, missing or injured person, provided that the fund bears half the price of the bike and the beneficiary bears the other half of the price.
