Sports Minister Ashraf Sobhy honored Egypt’s men and women national under-17 basketball teams after being qualified for the World Cup.
Sobhy hailed the achievement of the teams, noting that his ministry is working with all federations and authorities to prepare a new generation of athletes in various sports.
President of the Egyptian Basketball Federation Magdy Abo Frekha thanked the State and all respective ministries, particularly the Ministry of Youth and Sports, for their support for all national teams.
