President Abdel Fattah El Sisi has ordered the expansion of Public Notary registration services for swift and distinguished documentation.

The president also ordered doubling the number of mobile documentation vehicles in different governorates, in integration with the Decent Life initiative that aims to improve the living conditions of rural communities, Presidency Spokesman Ambassador Bassam Radi said.

President Sisi’s directives were made during a meeting on Wednesday with Minister of Justice Omar Marwan, Radi added.

The meeting followed up the construction plan of the City of Justice in the New Administrative Capital (NAC), in addition to developing the litigation system and mechanising the ministry’s services across the nation.  Ongoing efforts to promote the real estate registration system featured high on the agenda of the meeting.

President Sisi ordered the City of Justice be in the vicinity of the Government District, Parliament and the Senate, so that the symbols of the executive, legislative and judicial authorities can be integrated within one geographical scope.

Sisi was also briefed on the key axes of developing the litigation system, particularly with regard to boosting the efficiency of the current court premises and buildings in all governorates, Radi said.

For his part, Minister Marwan reviewed the ongoing efforts to develop the Public Notary system, as the president directed to carry on with developing the mechanisms of work and the documents it issues, given its paramount importance and daily dealings.
