Safwa New Capital (SNC) Developments completed marketing of the first phase of “S-One”, its most distinguished project in the Downtown area of the New Administrative Capital, a senior company official said.

Hossam Barakat, Vice Chairman of SNC Developments, added that due to the high demand from customers, the sales team has succeeded in achieving the sales target before the time schedules previously set for the completion of the first phase marketing.

The SNC has contracted with Grand Ocean; hence its great experience in managing and operating the hotel establishments, to manage the hotel part of the “S-One” project, a matter that would help achieve optimal operation and better management of this important part, Barakat also said.

“Due to the high demand that the first phase of the project has witnessed once its units were put up for reservation, the SNC is set to open the door for sale in the project second phase, scheduled to be launched next August,” Barakat said, pointing out that “the total sales of the first phase amounted to about 160 million pounds”.

Moustafa Ghazi, Director of the Commercial Sector, indicated that the company, in order to provide the best services to clients, contracted with largest consulting offices, foremost among which is DMA office – one of the largest engineering offices in Egypt. A memorandum of understanding was also signed with FEED for maintenance and management of the project following completion.

“The project is distinguished of being the first tower to have separate activity from the third floor, and to have first Sky Villa and Sky Office in the New Administrative Capital,” Ghazi said.

Located on a main street, the “S-One” is minutes away from the central monorail station, the new Opera House and Al-Masah Hotel. It is also very close to the Government District, the Presidential Palace, the House of Representatives Headquarters, and the Green River.
