As many as 27 hot air balloon flights took off in Luxor on Wednesday, carrying 450 tourists of various nationalities.
Head of a Luxor-based hot air ballooning company Ahmed Aboud said air balloon flights are currently seeing a high turnout by holidaymakers and tourists seeking to enjoy Luxor’s spectacular landscape and famous landmarks.
The flights, operated by several travel agencies, flew over the city’s archaeological sites.
