The second Summit for Russia-Africa Economic and Humanitarian Forum will be launched in the Russian city of Saint Petersburg on Thursday with the participation of Egypt and 49 countries representing nearly 45 heads of state and deputies as well as more than 100 ministers.
The Forum is considered a platform for direct dialogue among companies, governments and representatives of different sectors in Russia and Africa.
Participants will probe ways of boosting bilateral relations binding the two countries amid many world changes at the backdrop of the Russian-Ukrainian dispute.
The Forum’s action program includes all vistas of cooperation between Russia and the African continent.
