Egypt’s President Abdel Fattah El Sisi delegated Cairo Governor Khaled Abdel Aal to attend Awqaf Ministry’s ceremony of the new Hijri year that will be held on Tuesday evening at Al Hussein Mosque, the City Hall said in a statement Sunday.
A galaxy of statesmen, men of religion and Azhar ulema are to attend the ceremony.
