Egypt’s Minister of Civil Aviation Mohamed Abbas Helmi left Cairo Sunday for Paris leading a high-level delegation of the ministry and its affliated companies.
During his Stay in the French capital, Helmi will take part in the 54th edition of the Paris Air Show in Le Bourget which will be held on June 19 through 25 with the participation of representatives of major world aviation companies.
In pre-departure statements, Helmi stressed the importance of his ministry’s participation in the international event to promote cooperation with world companies in the aviation technology domains and expertise exchange.
He added that Egypt announced weeks ago the launch of the first edition of Egypt Air Show in May 2024 at El Alamein International Airport with the participation of pioneers in the fields of defense, military and aviation industries and space technology in the world.
