Egyptian President Abdel Fattah El Sisi said Egypt will be declared within the coming few days or weeks free from Hepatitis C in accordance with the standards of the World Health Organisation (WHO).
He stressed Egypt’s keenness on getting African countries to benefit from its expertise in this regard, highlighting the importance of the initiatives launched by the country in this regard.
The president made the remarks while attending the second “Africa Health ExCon”, the biggest medical exhibition and conference on the continent, which is held on June 6-9.
